What is our legal status?

The GUEST was established on the 17th MAY 2017 and registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium enterprises. Government of India as Technical and vocational secondary education as per the industry classification code NIC-85221.

What are the advantages of pursuing our programs?

Our Diploma programme in Hotel and Cruise Hospitality Management are par with NSQF 4 & 5 levels and the course content is designed to train students for various job roles in the Hotel and Cruise Hospitality Sector.

We have created our module on Cruise Familiarisation program with our Cruise line experienced and expert advisor.

How much time in a day / week must be spent to study to complete this program?

If you want to be successful in completing this Hotel & cruise-oriented programme in one Year than we expect you to be in class from Monday to Friday between 9:00am till 1:00 pm for theory and practicals for 4 months in Institute campus and internship in assigned Hotels for 4 months to get awarded a Diploma in Hotel Hospitality.

 When are the intakes?

Intakes are 3 times annually and future dates will be intimated via messages to enquiries.  

 

What is the eligibility to be enrolled for the cruise-oriented program?

We take students who have a minimum qualification of SSC (X Std) with decent command in English, as our medium of teaching is English.

Guidelines

Students applying for admissions online are advised to read the following guidelines carefully before completing the application form for enrolment.

  • Application form should be filled in capital letters
  • Copy of Aadhaar card.
  • Recent passport size photo.
  • Mark sheet of the latest exam must be summited in Xerox.

Boarding fees

Will be paid separately and will be advised at the time of admissions.

Refund policy:

In case a student decides to withdraw from the program after enrolment the fee paid will not be refunded as per our institute policy.

Right to amend the rules:

The institute reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations wherever considered necessary and appropriate. Such amendments will be intimated to the students.

Changes may include and which are not limited are curriculum and course content, eligibility criteria, passing requirements, examination patters, fees and any other matters as may be considered relevant.

Discipline

Respect towards fellow students is expected throughout the course duration without any kind of harassment in regards to race, colour, religion, sex or age.

Students must obtain minimum 75% attendance for the entire duration of the course. The guardian numbers provided in the admission forms will be used to notify about the attendance status.

Examination rules will be as per the Skill Development Council Canada’s approved policy. And will be informed to students and guardians time to time.

All cases of illness, or reason for absence should be reported to the office and will be documented.

NOTE:

  • The disciplinary rules are liable for alterations whenever applicable, Violation of any of the above rules shall result in Disciplinary action or Immediate Dismissal
