Mr. Cletus Fernandes is an F&B Service and Employability & Entrepreneurship Trainer with a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology and certifications from NSDC and NIESBUD. With over 24 years of experience in hotels, cruise lines, and as a faculty member, Mr. Fernandes founded The GUEST Institute in 2017 to train young talents for employment in the hospitality industry. His extensive career includes roles at prestigious properties like Cidade de Goa and Hotel Nova Goa, as well as international experience with five cruise lines. Since returning to India, he has successfully trained over 800 students, certified more than 700, and placed around 350 in jobs, notably through initiatives like the PMKVY scheme.

Mrs. Eddielin Natty Fernandes, a seasoned hospitality professional with over 13 years of experience, leads the team with a strong foundation. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree, which she leverages to provide well-rounded leadership within the hospitality industry.

Colin Savio Coelho is an accomplished educator and trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English. He holds several certifications, including NLP Coach/Trainer, TESOL/TEFL, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Outside of academia, Colin has earned the title of Distinguished Toastmaster from Toastmasters International, USA, and is a published writer recognized by the Writers’ Bureau, UK. He is also a dedicated advocate for Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence. His linguistic expertise and diverse interests empower him to inspire individuals in both their professional and personal journeys.

Mr. Daued Maldar is a Mobilization and Placement Officer with over 5 years of experience. He holds a certification in F&B Service from NSDC, which complements his role in helping students secure employment in the hospitality industry. Mr. Maldar’s dedication to connecting students with job opportunities makes him an invaluable asset to the training and placement process

Mr. Wayne Fernandes is a Student Counsellor and Front Office Coordinator with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality. He brings 2 years of experience to his role, where he provides guidance and support to students pursuing careers in hospitality. Mr. Fernandes’ expertise ensures effective coordination and a positive learning environment, helping students achieve their professional goals.

Mr. Seby Agnelo Fernandes is an F&B Production and Culinary Trainer with a Diploma in Cookery & Bakery and a certification as an NSDC trainer for Commis-Chef. With over 24 years of experience in hotels, cruise lines, and as a faculty member, he specializes in ice carving, and fruit, vegetable, butter, and Styrofoam carving. His extensive professional skills and dedication to culinary arts make his lectures enriching and practical for aspiring chefs.

Mr. Donsavio Antonio Lacerda is a Bartending and  F&B service trainer with a three-year degree in Hotel Management. With over 18 years of experience in hotels, cruise lines, and as a faculty member, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his lectures. His expertise in housekeeping and soft skills training ensures that students receive comprehensive and practical education. Mr. Lacerda’s commitment to excellence has made him a respected figure in hospitality training.
