Cletus Fernandes

Mr. Cletus Fernandes is an F&B Service and Employability & Entrepreneurship Trainer with a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology and certifications from NSDC and NIESBUD. With over 24 years of experience in hotels, cruise lines, and as a faculty member, Mr. Fernandes founded The GUEST Institute in 2017 to train young talents for employment in the hospitality industry. His extensive career includes roles at prestigious properties like Cidade de Goa and Hotel Nova Goa, as well as international experience with five cruise lines. Since returning to India, he has successfully trained over 800 students, certified more than 700, and placed around 350 in jobs, notably through initiatives like the PMKVY scheme.
